3. Local Data Storage
Payora uses your browser's localStorage to save your documents locally on your device. This allows you to:

- Store your preferred theme (light/dark mode) settings
- Keep uploaded logos in base64 format locally
This data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to any server. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage or using the delete function within the application.
4. Third-Party Services
Payora loads the following external resources:
- Google Fonts — For typography (Inter, Plus Jakarta Sans). Google's privacy policy applies to font loading requests.
- Lucide Icons — SVG icon library loaded from CDN.
- jsPDF & html2canvas — JavaScript libraries loaded from CDN for PDF generation. These run entirely client-side.
No data about your invoices or personal information is shared with these services.
5. PDF Generation
PDF files are generated entirely within your browser using jsPDF and html2canvas. The process is:
- Your document is rendered as an HTML element
- html2canvas captures it as a canvas image
- jsPDF converts the image into a downloadable PDF
At no point during this process is any data sent to an external server. The entire operation is performed locally on your device.
6. Data Security
Since all data resides locally in your browser:
- Your data is as secure as your device and browser
- We recommend using a password-protected device
- Clearing browser data will permanently delete all saved invoices
- We recommend exporting important documents as PDF for backup
7. Children's Privacy
Payora does not knowingly target children under 13. Since we don't collect any personal data, there is no risk of collecting children's information.
